By accessing our website at fastpasscdl.com or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About FastPass CDL

FastPass CDL Truck Solutions LLC provides CDL skills-test support services in Wichita Falls, Texas. Our services include behind-the-wheel practice, truck and trailer rental for practice and test day, range coaching, road drives, and test-day vehicle support. FastPass CDL is not a licensed CDL school, does not issue or process commercial learner’s permits, and does not provide classroom or ELDT theory instruction.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (21 for interstate commerce)
Hold a valid Texas Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) at time of training
Have completed the required ELDT theory course
Have a valid driver’s license in good standing

4. Application & Enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. FastPass CDL reserves the right to accept or decline any application based on scheduling availability, eligibility, or other factors at our sole discretion. You will be contacted to confirm your spot after your application is reviewed.

5. SMS Communication Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from FastPass CDL Truck Solutions at the phone number you provided.

Messages may include: application status updates, scheduling confirmations, missed call follow-ups, and service-related notifications.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

6. No Guarantee of Licensure

FastPass CDL provides practice and test-day support only. We do not guarantee that you will pass the DPS CDL skills test, obtain a commercial driver’s license, or secure employment. Test outcomes depend on your individual performance and DPS evaluator decisions.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be provided to you upon confirmation of enrollment. All payments are subject to the terms outlined in your enrollment agreement. Please contact us directly for questions regarding fees.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPass CDL Truck Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. User Conduct

When using our website or communicating with us, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information in your application
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff

10. Intellectual Property
